Q: I’m not a computer whiz. Where do I begin? What do I need to provide?
A: Relax, you don’t have to be! The SiteGuys just need a few things to get started. First, we need all the assets you have for your Web site. That includes master art files that your designer built when constructing your Web site. If you need content to be edited, organize your changes in a Microsoft Word document or text file so they are clear and understandable.

We prefer to have FTP access to your hosting server, but if you don’t feel comfortable giving that information out, no problem. Most times we can make your edits without it.

Q: OK, I submitted my project. What's next?
A: Once you approve our price quote, we’ll begin making the requested changes to your Web site. Depending on the size and scope of your particular needs, our turnaround time is typically two to four business days.

When we’re done, we’ll post the new changes to our secure server area for you to review. If everything looks good, we’ll send you the files (or upload them to your server). If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. It’s that simple.

Q: The changes look good to me, but how can I be sure they will look good on all computers?
A: We test all of our work in the major browsers. That means you can be sure your site will look right on nearly everyone’s computer, regardless of whether they’re on a PC or Mac, browsing with Internet Explorer, FireFox, Netscape, Safari, Opera…you get the point.

Q: Is there any way to take the Site Guys for a test run before I commit to a full project?
A: Yes! Purchase two or more hours and we'll give you an hour for free. We’re confident that once you see how easy the process is, you’ll come back to us for all your Web site updating needs.

Q: What kind of payment options do you offer?
A: We have two levels of service. Our “pay as you go” service is $60 per hour – no commitment, no contract. For Web sites with greater needs and more frequent updates, our 10 hour or more plan is a better alternative. For $500, we will provide up to 10 hours of maintenance to your Web site. That’s a savings of $100 over the hourly plan. And as always if you're a first time customer to SiteGuys, we'll throw in a free hour.
